Grace Ann Marabella Titone passed into eternity and the loving arms of her Savior Jesus Christ on All Saints Day, November 1, 2017 at her home in Denton, Texas from complications associated with Multiple System Atrophy, a rare and aggressive neurodegenerative disease.
Born August 21, 1942 in Shreveport, LA to Joseph H. and Zena C. Marabella, Grace Ann was a selfless and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt to her family. Grace Ann's life was a personification of the Beatitudes outlined by Christ in His Sermon on the Mount.
Before her illness made it impossible to do so, Grace Ann served as a Eucharistic Minister; was a Life Master in duplicate bridge; an accomplished home designer/decorator, a "world class" shopper, and a collector of fine art and antiques.
Grace Ann was preceeded in death by her father, Joseph H. Marabella; mother Zena Cush Marabella, and sister-in-law Nancy Sage Marabella.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jasper (Jay) S. Titone; son Stephen A. Titone and his wife Anne; daughter Rebecca M. Titone; son Gregory J. Titone and his wife Kimberly; six grandaughters Brittany Titone St. Martin and her husband Patrick, Sarah Titone, Stacy Titone, Ashley Titone, Melanie Titone, and Alyssa Titone; brother Sam Marabella and fiancee Karen Aylor; nephew Paul Marabella and his wife Liza; two great nieces Samantha and Sarena; and great nephew Sage.
Visitation, followed by Mass of Resurrection, will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 2255 N. Bonnie Brae St., Denton, Texas 76207 on Friday, November 10, 2017. Visitation will be 12pm noon to 1:30pm, with Mass celebrated by Father Tim Thompson at 1:30pm. Arrangements are being handled by DeBerry Funeral Home, Denton, Texas.
