I had the privilege of meeting Grace through her son, James in 1981. I was a good friend of her son and had visited her often at her home. Her son & I were seniors at Freeport High School.
I remember her sweet spirit and saw how much she loved her family.
To the Chapman family, Thinking of you and wishing you moments of peace and comfort as you remember your dear mother and reflex on the beautiful memories and keep them close to your hearts.

You have my heartfelt condolences. I met Grace, through Pretzel City Red Hatters. She was a lovely, endearing, kind, fun, Christian lady. She didnt let anything get her down, if she could help it. She will be missed.

My heartfelt sympathy to the family. So glad I was able to see Grace and most of the family at Bob's funeral. I truly enjoyed my visit with John, Barbara and Carol and their beautiful Mom, Grace. My son and daughter, Woody and Brenda Balles used to play on their trampoline years ago as we were neighbors. God bless!
