Grace Devona Cheeseman

My mother was Leona Elizabeth Bauder, a first cousin of Grace on her mother Susan Bauder Shidemantle´s side. My mother´s father was Herman Arthur Bauder. Grace was so kind to meet with me many times over the last 12 years and tell me stories about her Uncle Herm, my grandfather who I never knew. My mom met her father Herman Bauder only once when she was 42 years old in Texas just one year before his death. One of her favorite stories was about how she as a teenager would help her mother...

Grace has given us many memories throught the years. She is the kindest lady and we are so glad that our sister, Marsha, made us family by marrying Bob. Her faith stands out as the guiding light of her life. We were blessed to have been touched by her love. Kathy & Gene Moorhead

I have so many memories of Grace and George growing up. My brother's working on the farm, my sister and I catching chickens. Grace always had a smile on her face and was always so perky.
