We remember both your parents fondly. They were so kind and helpful to us when we moved to Portland in 1961. Grace was such a vivacious, friendly person and we will never forget her dinners, lively conversation and her love of her four children.

I lived across the street and grew up with you. I have fond memories of summer days sleeping in a tent in your back yard or in the club house, and of your lovely mother. I remember beautiful cakes that your mother made sitting on the kitchen table and sneaking a bit of frosting off the side, her taking us to the Reed campus to swim. She was a lovely lady. My thoughts are with you.
