Not sure what to say?

Dear Wally and family,we were saddened at the loss of Grace. You are all in our prayers.God Bless, Ed and Val Bridges

Nannie was a wonderful woman, she took care of me and my sister years ago while my mom was at work. I have so many fond memories of sewing and baking with her when I was younger. She was a wonderful person, and friend. I lost touch with her when we moved and was so saddened to hear of her passing. May you turn to God to find the peace and comfort you need in this very difficult time.

To the Davis Family,
Miss Gracie's absence was felt long before her death in the Kalamazoo community. Knowing that she has passed on is truly saddening, but we will remember all of the contributions she made, with the true spirit of giving, to both the Eastside and the Northside Nieghborhoods. She gave both time and love to many children that needed it and set an example, that to this day, I use as a benchmark for true friendship.

To the Davis Family,
You have my deepest sympathy, I worked with Neal, Grace and Wally at G.M. for many years. I know "nannie" will be greatly missed. Trust in God and he will see you through.
With Heartfelt Sympathy,

I am so sorry to hear of MsDavis'passing. I went to school with Wally and my Mom always went to "Gracie" to have my dresses altered. She was one of the kindest people I ever met and was proud to have had her pass through my life and my Mom's. Momma passed away in 1998 and I know she will be there to greet her. God be with you and the whole lot of people whom she touched in her lifetime.

To Mr Davis, Davey,Wally Jimmy:
I don't even know where to begin. I lived next door to nanny my whole life. She taught me to sew, she taught me to bake cookies, she took me to the library. I knew Ms Alma, nanny's mom. There has got to be as many pictures of my family in her photo albums as her own children. She used to check and feed my mom everyday after my dad passed. I could go on forever, because I lived right next door. I oculd never tell how much she meant to me, and how many...

Laurie, Dad, Wally & Davey:
My heart is heavy to know that the earth has lost another great person. Nannie was my second grandmother and I will always remember those summers with Laurie Bee & Auntie Lulu at Nannie's house. Her heart was so incredibly huge that many people could fit in there and they did! It's because of her that I learned to play "Tigers" game, the game of golf. She believed in teaching us to be adventurous and open to new ideas & experiences. Her memories will...

I had the opportunity to work on the East Side Board with Gracie for a couple of years and consider myself very fortunate to have know her. She was a wonderful person in every way. She had a strong love for her family and life, and she left a positive mark on many.
