Mrs. Easley's poem 'Heliotropium' was the first poem I memorized in the beginning of my journey with Him. Recently, I ransacked my house looking for it. I found it and once again, I read it every single morning as I sit in HIs Presence. Mrs. Easley is absent from the body now - and present with the Lord. She was a Godsend.

She was a great writer and I really love her poems... Especially the one entitled "Looking Back". It gave me so much memories of my childhood, happiest parts of my life and everything both sweet-bitter memories. Your in the hands of our Almighty, Rest in peace my most beloved poet...

I wrote Ms. Easley in 1996 thanking her fir the wonderful messages she delivered in her poems. She wrote me back to thank me & gave me more words of inspiration. I still read from those little books passed down to me from my Mom & Dad. I always am guided to her poems, without seeing who wrote it, before I get to the author. Just found that note she sent & had to find out more. I am so sorry for her passing but continue to read Ms. Easley's poems as often as I can. GOD BLESS, sincerly Carol J....

For many years I donated to the Salesians and I looked forward to receiving the little inspirational books they published. My favorite poet in those booklets was Grace Easley and I would go through the booklet to find and read her poems first. They were truly beautiful and her writing was a gift from God. Moving several times, It's been a few years since I had any of the booklets but for some reason, I started thinking about her and her poems today and decided to do a search on the...

My mom loved Mrs. Easley's poems. She lived in McAdenville, NC. Her favorite poem was "But Not Today!" Great poem. May God be with your memories of this great lady.

Mrs.Grace was a very sweet lady, she always had a smile and friendly word for everyone. I always enjoyed our little talks. She will be sadly missed.
