Dear Ronnie and Joyce,

We were sorry to hear that your mother had passed away. She and Edwin were wonderful neighbors. Milly remembers teaching training union with Grace at the First Baptist Church when you children were ten or eleven years old. We are thinking of you and your family during this time.

Joyce, Ronnie, and families,

I was so sad to read the news about the loss of your sweet Mom. I have memories of her pouring cold Kool-Aid for us on hot summer days. In my mind, I see your Dad sitting in a recliner, greeting us with a smile as we came tromping into your house. Prospect and Pecan streets were great places to grow up back in the 50's and I have wonderful memories of our childhood days in the neighborhood...even one of us riding our bicycles right behind the truck...
