I was so sorry to hear of Mrs. George´s passing. She was my oboe teacher for 8 years and I remember her encouragement to strive for excellence. I have many fond memories of lessons in her home and am thankful I was the student of not only a great teacher but a phenomenal musician. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
