As one of Ms. Hagood's former students I remember her liveliness and upbeat spirit. She was always very positive and I could tell she loved what she did. What I loved most about Ms. Hagood was that she never beat around the bush or tried to sugar coat things. She was very upfront and honest, but pleasant at the same time. Time flies. I remember the baby Grace and her perfectly beautiful name and face. She was named after my paternal grandmother whom I loved dearly. I remember the personable Grace... every single time she was near. There is a special place in Heaven for folks like Grace Hagood...and especially for teachers.
