My condolences to the family. I am from India, and met Grace during my stay in Atlanta, through events at ADAC. She became a friend and an encouraging guide of sorts, helping me to launch my own line, when she understood how it will help so many poor weavers. She patiently withstood my persistent calls and introduced me to Jared of JPI at ADAC. She was always full of stories and spoke very fondly of her sons. Grace was the face of welcome and comfort for so many designers who went to ADAC and stopped by the ASID office. She was always a bright spot in the day. She will be missed greatly but never forgotten.
