I knew Mrs Joyce as my grade 2 & 7 teacher.She was a good teacher.
I recall my dad telling me we where related somewhere down the line.To me as a child that was weird being anywhere's near related to my teacher.

Mrs. Joyce taught me to love history when I was in grade 7 at Gosfield North Central School. She was one of those rare teachers who knew how to make history exciting and interesting. The research she worked on for over 50 years on the Taylor family and others can't be duplicated and is the core of all the work that continues on the family tree.
