Our sincerest condolences to to the Smith Family. We were neighbors growing up on Airline Avenue in Portland, going to the store for candy and such, Ms. Grace knew who I was the moment she saw me come to the floor, always had a beautiful smile whenever I saw her. Condolences to the family. Always will remember Ms Gracie as we kids growing up called her and the restaurant and her love and caring for everyone she encountered.

Dearest Smith Family, We are so saddened at Grace's passing. She surely lived a vivacious full life! We always enjoyed seeing you walk in the store because you were always so happy go lucky! This is the first I'm hearing about Smitty's Luncheonette in Portland. Nancy or Sophie you'll have to tell me all about it next time we see you. Again, so sad at Gracie's passing...a lovely woman. I knew Grace a very long time. I worked with her at CAGM AND CRT. She was a wonderful pleasant person to work with. My condolences to the family. May the angels be with you.
