Dear Mom,
How I will miss you! We had so many fun times together before and after you entered Concord Health Care Center. I will miss your smile and laugh the most. I promise to keep your memory alive so that Carter will know what a special mom and Nana you were to all of us. I will love you forever and I hope you keep watch over me and Karen and our families. I know you will keep those angels laughing and singing up there. What a wild party it will be! My hope is that you and Daddy are...

What I wonderful lady. She really looked after with loving care my daughter Lindsey when she was a child. We will all miss her.

I can't believe that her incredibly strong spirit has left us! She had an earthy intelligence that I will miss. Nana was a part of my familiy's growth, taking care of Jacqui and Tommy in her competent, humorous, manner. We will all miss her.

Dear Lori and family my deepest sympathy is with you all Grace will be deeply missed. What an honor and pleasure to have been able to care for your mother and to know all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love Cindy CHCC

Lori,

I am so sorry to learn of your Mom's passing. I remember how kind she was to me as a new nurse, and how she would always offer a word of encouragement or a quick story to make me laugh depending upon what I needed at the time!
She would also speak of her "kids" with such love and pride. I remember how happy she was on the day you became engaged! Please accept my condolences during this very sad and difficult time.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Your mom was an exceptional lady. I'm glad I had the chance to know her. Valerie-CHHC
