Not sure what to say?

Dear Nick and family, I am so very sorry to hear of your Mom´s passing. She was my favorite elementary school teacher at Southeast School back in the `70s. I can still hear her voice with her wonderful accent. Our families became friendly... then time passes on. I´m also sorry to hear that Tony has passed. I did not know that. My deepest condolences.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Grace. I was fortunate to know her as an educator in the Torrington School system . She was a lovely person and was happy to know her outside of school also.My thoughts and prayers go out to the family in this difficult time. Rest In Peace.

Such a fun friend. We spent a great deal of time with Grace over the years. She was with us on some holidays, came to Maine with us, and we were lucky to indulge in her Italian cooking. She was like part of our family and we'll miss her very much. John and Cathy Todor

One of my favorite stories of Grace, is when she dressed as a nun for a BOE meeting, to protest taking down the statue of Mary, at Forest Court School. She said, "Mary stays". Thank you Grace for being a wonderful role model for my daughter when she became a teacher. Condolences to her family.

i am so sorry to hear this news! I have many fond memories of working with Grace when I served as Principal of Torringford School. She was an inspiration to us all. I will never forget her infectious laugh and spirit!

Grace was a wonderful Educator and friend in Torrington and was sorely missed when she retired. Her sense of community and the warmth of her personality contributed a great deal to education and the success of her students and teachers. We were fortunate to have known her.

We would like to convey our very sincere sympathy in the passing of Grace. Grace was the principal at Vogel-Wetmore School and I was a 1st grade teacher. She was a wonderful principal, always advocating for the children, but supporting her staff as well. I not only worked for her, but was a close friend. We played volleyball on Friday nights and went on many vacations together. I will long remember her laugh and her kindness. May she rest and be once again with her son Tony.

Oh, I am so sad to hear about Grace's death. I worked with her when she was my principal at East School and enjoyed her very much. Please accept my sincere condolences.
