Grace Jean Montano

MONTANO - Grace Jean Montano, a resident of Corrales, passed away after a brave fight Monday, December 19, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Edward Montano; daughters, Adria Montano and companion Robert Garcia, and Anna Montano; grandchildren, Nikki, Nina, Gia, Bella, Carlos, and Michael; nephew, Manuel Contreras wife Valerie and their children; niece, Cisca Sanchez and companion Chuck Hoggan and her children. Grace was preceded in death by her sisters, Tita Cordova and Joanna Contreras. Grace sacrificed all that she had for her family and friends. Everyone that knew her considered her a blessing. She was amazingly gifted with her patience and her smile would light up every room she entered. Grace will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011 with Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m., both at San Ysidro Catholic Church, 5015 Corrales Rd., Corrales, 87048. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.
