Dear Newman Family, Turner just contacted me about Grace and we are just learning of this devastating news. I am so so sorry. I would have attended Grace´s service had I known. My heart hurts and I am praying for the entire Newman family. Grace was a bright light and a wonderful, tremendously gifted girl. There are no words I can give you but just know she was so loved by our entire community. Sending my family´s love and prayers to all of you, Tonya McKinney.

I am so grateful to have spent my time in Vienna and traveling throughout Europe with sweet Grace. Grace and the Wake Forest girls brought me into their group and always made me feel welcomed. She was a light in our adventures abroad, she always knew how to keep us smiling with her goofiness. I will always remember Grace and her smile when I think about Vienna. So many fond memories full of laughter thanks to Grace. My thoughts and prayers are with Grace´s family and friends.
