Pelleschi, Grace M. SARATOGA SPRINGS Grace M. Pelleschi, formerly of Bridle Path, Albany, passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 at Wesley Health Care Center. She was 84. Born on January 25, 1927 in Ellenburg, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late George M. and Frances R. (McCoy) McKinney. A graduate of Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a registered nurse. She had worked as an industrial nurse at Schaefer, Adirondack Steel and Allegheny Steel, as well as for the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center and Albany Medical Center. She enjoyed gardening and loved her multiple dogs, training and showing them. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Hugo J. Pelleschi, who died February 24, 1974 and a son-in-law, Thomas Hudson. Survivors include four loving daughters, Mary Hudson of Saratoga Springs, Debra (Carlos) Zardoya of Miami, Amy (David) Castricone of Schenectady and Julie (Lawrence) Rusch of Clifton Park; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family wishes to express their love and gratitude to the staff at Wesley Health Care Center. Relatives and friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday, July 21, 2011 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing and Cunniff Funeral Homes of 628 North Broadway 584-5373. The funeral service will be conducted at noon, Thursday, at the funeral home and burial will follow in Memory Gardens in Colonie. Memorials may be made in her name to Community Hospice of Saratoga, 179 Lawrence St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 or the Humane Society of your choice.
