Not sure what to say?

To the family of Grace Pilgrim & especially Robert, our deepest sympathy on your loss. We all loved her and will miss her. Grace was the oldest member of our Redstone Federal Retirees Luncheon group and she was a jewel. When it was no longer safe for Grace to drive herself to Huntsville, Robert brought her & we came to love him for his devotion to Grace. She was a wonderful lady, always with a ready smile and a friend to all of us.
Respectfully,
Redstone Federal Retirees

I will always remember My Great Aunt Grace or "Grace" as we knew her. She was very educated and polished and always drove her brand new cadillac or other fine auto as she drove to Texas to visit us each summer she was able. When we visited her in her Southern Plantation Mansion we were in awe over the extended family and great times at the West Gadsden Cafe. I can even remember busing tables and the fine german chocolate pie.
Loving Nephew and Family

To Mrs. Pilgrim's loved ones, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I lived two doors down from Mrs. Pilgrim for 24 years and always thought the world of her. She always had a kind word and beautiful smile. Although I never got to eat at the West Gadsden Cafe, I have had the pleasure of having her German Chocolate Pie, which is one of my FAVORITES. I am so sorry for your loss, but I hope at this time that take solace in knowing that she was a wonderful woman and was loved by so many people.

To The Pilgrim Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Ms Pilgrim was a very good friend of my mother (Ruth Clayton McMillan) and her family. I remember eating at the cafe with my dad. Please accept my condolences. Barbara McMillan Thompson
