FIDELITY — Grace V. Singleton, 88, died at 8:29 p.m. Sunday, Sept.28, 2014, at Carlinville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. Per her wishes, Grace was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Targhetta & Wooldridge Funeral Home is in charge.
