Gracie G. Bandy CHESAPEAKE - Gracie G. Bandy, of the 1100 block of Park Ave., died Jan. 12, 2009. A funeral will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in Bethany Baptist Church. Fitchett Funeral Home is in charge.
