OH, Such a sad day. I worked for Mr. B for 19 years he was my friend an mentor. My heart goes out to his wife an children, and family.

Dear Family of Grady,
It was with sadness that I read of Grady's passing. I extend my sincere condolences.
As you know so well, he was a special man who ...through his vision, hard work and noble values...became a legend in the credit management industry, Throughout the Peninsula, he was a highly respected and admired business leader. And you had the privilege of knowing him best for his most important qualities as a husband, father, and grandfather.

Grady was my first boss in retail at Rices/Nachmans in the credit department which began my 40 year career in department stores on the peninsula. He was a great man to work for always teaching, and training. My condolences to Nancy and the entire Blaylock family.

You are in my prayers and thoughts. I remember Grady/ Nancy when they got married. I was maybe 5-6 when he picked me up to put me on the motor cycle box.
