Not sure what to say?

Allen was a great professional and good friend. We will miss him tremendously and wish his family our heartfelt condolences.

Sue, Cheryl, Barre and Leslie,

I learned of Allen's passing by email from Frank Lucas and wish I could have joined you at his memorial service; however, I am in England with our family until October.

I especially remember Allen's 3 girls from when he brought them by the office as they were teenagers. I remember how proud he was of his daughters and I sure he was of his extended family.
Though I saw Allen infrequently since he left our firm, I remember him as a very...

Sue, I'm sad to know that I will never again be able to sit with Allen and you on the back porch and just talk about "southern life". Allen will always be remembered as a very gentle and warm friend, full of life and love -especially for you -but also for his family and friends. You and your family are in my prayers. Linda Gentry, Lexington, S.C.

Allen and I were classmates in the Charleston High class of 1953. After that we only saw each other at reunions. He was always a quite sincere individual that was very easy to be around. Sure wish I had had the opportunity to be with him more, but our paths went different directions. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Suzanne, Cheryl, Barre, & Leslie, My thoughts and prayers are with you. Uncle Allen was a great guy and will be missed by many. Kindest, Millie Hunt Drolet

Ms.Suzanne, Joe and I want to express our sincere sorrow in Mr. Allen's passing. I know he will be missed. We had some good times at the Elks. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Suzanne and family,
I am so sorry to hear of the death of Allen. Even though I had not seen either of you for a while, you both entered my mind frequently. He was indeed a very special man and touched many lives with his soft spoken Charlestonian accent and caring. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Sincerely,
Cheryl Hildreth

Suzanne, my prayers are with you and your family. Allen and I were great friends during high school and he was a real pleasure to be with on the few occasions that we were together since then.

Dear Suzanne: I did not know that Allen was sick, and was so sorry to see that he had passed. My thoughts are with you and your family. Much love, Priscilla
