Grady Smith

Mr Smith was one of my valued customers at Jim Hudson when we were on Garners Ferry Road. I always valued his friendship and his loving for the LORD. RIP until we meet again.

I worked for Grady Smith for nearly 30 years. He was a good and very fair man and gave me a lot of opportunities that I will always be thankful for. He sort of took me under his wing and and was a good role model. Grady always encouraged you to improve yourself in person and at work. Enjoyed being a Clemson fan with him at Carloina Forklifts, even when we were the only ones at the Clemson table, and Swayze brought in Cocky to harass us!!! I knew Linda and Grady at First Presbyterian Church in Columbia prior to their move to Clemson. What a wonderful Christian couple. I still miss seeing them at the 11:15 service. GOOOO TIGERS!!!!
