Not sure what to say?

Dear Susan:

We at AIA-Vermont are saddened to hear about Graham. I would like to run a copy of the obit in the AIA newsletter. Do you have a photo that you can send electronically if you'd like to see one run? I didn't know him, but I'm sure the previous ED did.

Much sympathy,

Carol Miklos, Executive Director, AIA-Vermont.

Graham was a loyal and enthusiastic member of the Princeton University Class of 1969, and much loved by his Classmates. A stalwart of our annual Class Reunions, Graham will be sorely missed, and will be remembered with deep affection at the Memorial Services that occur during each of our major Reunions.

Vice-President at Large
Class of 1969

Graham was always great to skate with. He always had an opinion where you should be on the ice. I will miss him.

I remember Graham as a loyal Exeter classmate with a wry sense of humor. We had recently corresponded regarding the possibility of obtaining some of his excellent maple syrup for this syrup deprived midwesterner. Graham will be greatly missed by the PEA Class of '65. He was one of our more consistent Exeter Bulletin contributors, and a genuinely fine person. I know that I will miss him.

Graham was our dear friend and coveted goal tender. He was an integral part of our little hockey community called "Slapsticks" Graham brought some sorely need class to our ragtag group of mostly self taught pond hockey players. His goal was to deny ours, and he did it well. His booming voice could be heard throughout the Hartford Ice Arena, from 9:00 - 10:30 most Thursday and Sunday nights, as he encouraged us to give it our all. Although we miss him terribly, we'll never ever forget him.

I recall fondly talking with Graham at our 40th Exeter reunion (2009) and learning how much he was enjoying life in Vermont with his wife and family. He will be missed by all.

Graham used to stop by to see if we wanted to toss our trash into his truck and haul it to the dump.Once we had a mattress that blew off the truck without our noticing. When we realized it was gone we had to drive back eastward on Rte 131. Graham helped us sing a mattress song: "where o where is dear little mattress?" we finally found it. Graham had great patience with stuff like that. Buffy

I remember Graham fondly from our years working together at CVPS. I was saddened to read of his passing and send condolences to his family.
