Dear Thelma,
You and Grant have been the best of neighbors. For Hope and me, it has been a special privilege to meet and greet you in the halls, replacing lights, smelling the great cooking as we pass your door. It is such a relief to know that Grant is now seeing how beautiful you are and remembering how much you have loved each other. Even though "a light has gone out" --temporarily, we know he has replaced it with the memory of you as the "light of his life."
