Grant G. MARKS

I was Grant's assistant at D.A. Davidson until his death and I can tell you he was one of a kind. A day didn't go by where he didn't thank me for my help. He was such an appreciative man. He was a bright light in the office, and one of the most humble, kindest, honest man I have ever known. He was a true man of faith. I will always miss working with him.

So sad to see my friend and colleague has passed. Vic and I enjoyed working with him and the travels we had with Grant and Manuela. RIP my friend.

Grant was a kind, honest, loyal, and fun guy! I had the pleasure of being his assistant for about 12 years at Kidder, Peabody and then moved to Piper Jaffray together. His clients and coworkers loved him. I have many fond memories of times shared with Grant and Manuela, both in and out of the office! Grant was the one that came up with my nickname of "Betty" that has stuck for life within that circle of friends. I will never forget the fun times we had working together like his last minute...

So sorry to read that Grant has passed on. I enjoyed knowing him both at Kidder Peabody and DA Davidson. Always fun to talk to. Colene Hakes
