Grant Ratliff, 79, of Columbus, Georgia, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, who served for 24 years before his retirement, a member of Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, died at Columbus Regional Medical Center on Monday, April 21, 2003. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 2003, 6-8 p.m., at McMullen Funeral Home, Inc., 3874 Gentian Boulevard, Columbus. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 11 a.m., at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. Russell Horne. Interment will be at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery. Full military honors will be conferred. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, 6165 Billings Road, Columbus, GA 31909. Arrangements entrusted to McMullen Funeral Home, Inc., Columbus, Georgia.
