Gerri and Vanessa, my condolences are with you and your entire family. Gerri, I took a picture of you and Granville a few years ago while visiting the neighbors. I was so exciting seeing the both of you. Many years ago, I use to live a few doors down from the Marshall's home next to Mr. & Mrs. White's house. I'm praying for you all.

My prayers are with the extended Marshall family. I went to Whittier Elementary and Dunbar High with Granville and we spent many hours on the neighborhood basketball courts. He was always funny and never saw a shot he couldn't make. I would call him "All World" for his skills on the court. I will miss him but my memories of our early years will stay with me forever. If you knew Granville you know he was one of a kind and I will always call him my friend may Granville Rest In Peace.

My condolences to the family of Granville. We grew up in the Edgemont area and went to Whittier and Dunbar together. He was funny and very protective of his friends. He was always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.
