Grayson was a wonderful kid. He and my nephew, Chris, would work on old jeeps in my garage, do yardwork for me, visit my classroom before school in the mornings and make me smile. Three summers ago I had injured my knee and couldn't get around. Grayson and Chris wanted me to go jeeping with them. There was no way I could get myself into the jeep so they carried me and somehow managed to throw me up into the jeep. We took a spin around Scotchtown and Horseshoe Bridge. I will remember...

I had the pleasure of teaching Grayson when he was in the fourth grade at South Anna Elementary. That was the best class ever! He was hilarious, we had such a great year! In reading other posts it sounds like he grew up and stayed much like I remember him; funny, caring, charming, and with the best smile! My heart goes out to his family and we will continue to keep you in our prayers. Much love and many fond memories!
