Not sure what to say?

I remember Greg when we were in Glenville High School. Even as a teenager, he was kind and as I think back, he showed signs of leadership. Later, I had the pleasure of working with him on varies projects at the Plain Dealer. He always took up for his team and was proud of what they accomplished together. As we grow old each year we lose family, friends and coworkers. We grieve and move on but there are some that really touch your heart and to me Greg was one of them. Rest in peace my...

Greg Jones was a wonderful friend, we all lived on Parkgate ave went to Glenville High School. My name is Francine Gibbs,

I would like to share a poem for Big Gregory's Family & Friends, whom are grieving and looking for relief . This poem has helped me over the years and brought me a great deal of solace. "The Plan of The Master Weaver" Our lives are but fine weavings That God and we prepare, Each life becomes a fabric planned And fashioned in His care. We may not always see just how the weavings intertwine, But we must trust the Master's hand And follow his design, For he can view the pattern Upon the...

Rest in Heaven Mr.Jones it was a pleasure to meet you ; it was a pleasure to be your barber for many years. My condolences to all of the family.

We worked with Greg for many years at The Plain Dealer. He was a fabulous colleague and dear friend. RIP Greg. Terry & Shirley Stineman

Greg was a good man who I enjoyed working with during my years at The Plain Dealer. May he rest in peace with his loved ones who went before.

I met the Jones's many years ago, through Big Gregory's baby sister, Barnetta and Ben Duhart. I loved his Mom, Mable Jones & used to ask Barnetta daily how is Big Gregory. Big Gregory and I shared various medical challenges in common and through Barnetta would commiserate with each new diagnosis we both would face. I shall miss his " Giant Persona"! Rest Well my friend, my extended family member. I am certain God welcomed you with a big warm embrace. Tell Mother Dear, I love & miss her,...

Greg was the best boss I ever had at the Plain Dealer. He was a kind and elegant man. As a strong leader, Greg was able to encourage his staff to accomplish small and large projects (such as Teamster Day at Geauga Lake) and to always have a back-up plan. My husband and I offer condolences to his family at their loss. Greg will be missed and may he rest in peace with Shirley. Bill and Therese Conkey
