I woke next to you, but you had already left earth and for the first time you had an angelic smile of peace upon your face. This month is a year when we had finally gotten off the streets and into a home. Bitter sweet memories..I can only imagine you asking the Lord, "Will she be okay if I leave with you?" and Jesus responding, "Yes, just as I promised you son, I will never leave her nor forsake her."
