Not sure what to say?

Love you my brother. FIETTS Rest in power my Omega brother and friend.

I am submitting this message years after Gregg's passing. I was thinking about my life today and thought of Gregg, one of my first friends at Northwestern University. Gregg was a special human being. Very kind, VERY funny, and very caring. He sang beautifully, loved to dance, and had a spirit of acceptance of all people. I know how it feels to lose someone who you care about and so I extend my belated condolences to every member of Gregg's family who I am sure still misses him today. The last...

Can't believe it's been a year. Didn't see him much post college but he was one of my frat brothers and certainly one of my favorites. Love ya!

To know Gregg was to love Gregg because he would not have it any other way. Gregg and I were college classmates at Northwestern and I have not met a guy whose manner was as nice and gentle as Gregg’s in my 30 years since NU. To his family I extend my deepest condolence. My prayer is that your wonderful memories will comfort you.

My condolences to the family of Gregg Van Horne. I went to Northwestern with Gregg and knew him to be a kind and caring young man. My God bless you at this time, but hold on to the fond memories.

Dear Friends and Family,
I am extremely touched by your kind words of comfort, your memories and generous wishes of condolences to my family and me on the occasion of the Homecoming of my beloved husband and dearest friend Gregg Van Horne. I am so sad and in pain, but remain strong in the knowledge that he is with the Lord and I will see him again.
Thank you and may God bless you.

To the Van Horne family:
I extend my sincere sympathy to you on your loss of a wonderful man, husband, father, son and friend. I also knew Gregg at Northwestern University and sang with him in the Northwestern Community Ensemble. I am saddened to hear of his transition and pray for your comfort and peace.

Greg and I were room mates in the Summer Program and Freshman year at Northwestern. I even helped him hide the fact that he was pledging from his family. He was always upbeat and kept us all laughing. My condolences to the family. He will be sorely missed.

Gregg befriended me as a freshman at NU, which helped ease my transition to college life. He became and remained a favorite of mine through the college years we shared. I've thought warmly of him over the years, and wondered where he was and how he was doing. Now, through the wonderful tributes written for him, I know what I expected...that Gregg was still smiling and enriching the loves of those around him. Well done, Gregg. R.I.P
