Not sure what to say?

What can I say to Greg's family to comfort them? As they know Gregg was the best! I spent much time swimming and running with Gregg and became quite close sharring a love for Judaism. Gregg inspired me so much that I have been working toward my Bat Mitzvah, scheduled for December 13. I will dedicate this important event to Gregg's memory. I have enjoyed his e-mails from Ethopia every month or so...It was a gift knowing Gregg.

Dear Wenzel Family:

I am so sorry for your tragic loss. I as well as many others were saddened by his passing. As you know, Greg was such a wonderful individual. Please accept my condolences. He will be missed by all.

What a tragedy! I remember Gregg's first day in court and I knew he had what is would take to become a fearless litigator. He was willing to take the "losers" to trial and won frequently much to everyone's, except his own, surprise. I was honored to have him come to work in my office after leaving the Public Defender. I was happy to give him a glowing recommendation and talk about his qualities, which were many, when he moved on after his stint at the Florida Bar. Gregg had a great sense of...

What a complete tragedy. You were a terrific person. I remember your first days in court with me before Judge Rodriguez and how you soon developed into a fearless litigator willing to take on the cases others lacked the confidence to go forward on. You had a wonderful sense of humor and were great company. I was honored to have you come to work in my firm and was proud to provide a glowing reference for you when you moved on after working for the Bar. I recall driving you to one of the Hebrew...

Family and Friends of Gregg,

I cannot express in words the sadness and shock my wife, Nicki, and I felt when we heard of Gregg's death. I met Gregg in law school and can remember always having a smile on my face when in his company. He was able to touch everyone in a very special way. I also knew Gregg through both of our participation in marathons and triathlons. We trained for Ironman Florida together and i will always remember how proud he was to participate and finish the race...

I had the pleasure of meeting Greg when we were both Public Defenders in Miami. Greg was a dedicated and talented Public Defender. Juries loved his humor and intelligence. He was a fearless litigator whose trial skills were well known in the courthouse. Not only was Greg a colleague but also a friend. He was a funny gentle giant. I will miss him.

I was so sorry to hear of your tragic loss. Gregg made a great impression on me, as well as his other UM classmates, through his zest for life, humor and kindness. He was truly a mensch. He will be missed.

To my first trial partner, I am writing this as I prepare to board a plane to New York for your funeral, still in total complete shock over your tragic death.
I am the lawyer I am today because of your teachings and the opportunity I had to be your partner.
I have never known anyone like you, nor will I ever.
My world stopped on Friday when I learned of your death, and I have done little but break hearts all over Miami this weekend informing people of the news. I have never...
