Not sure what to say?

Dear Bartlett family, I went all through high school with Greg and also through the P.L. years. Greg was always very friendly and outgoing and was never afraid to smile. One of my favorite memories of Greg was how he could turn on the charm with the girls in high school! They couldn't resist his pretty blue eyes and wavy hair. Greg and I didn't hang out a lot away from school or work, but I always considered him a true friend all the years I knew him.

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead. Greg was a wonderful friend and father figure to me and my ex-husband. He will be remembered always.

Dear,Sandy,Erin our prays are with you.And the rest of the Bartlett family.

To the Bartlett family:
I didn't know Greg personally, but as a member of the State Park family, I mourn his passing. Each member of "our" family is dear and precious. My sympathy to you all.

Dear Bartlett Family,
Greg was a great man. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I will cherish all of the wonderful memories of our time together in Mendocino. I could always count on Greg to start the day with a joke (good or bad). He always brought a smile to my face and will be greatly missed.

I read the AVA yesterday and found the announcement of Greg's passing
and he has been in my thoughts since then. I knew him briefly but fully 'cuz that's who he was.
The suddeness and untimeliness make this loss only more difficult and
it is my hope that there is some comfort in knowing the loss is shared.
He was such a good guy to so many...I am saddened...ky

Dear Bartlett familly,
I was the district superintendent at Mendocino while Greg was working at Hendy Woods. He was one of the few employees that took advantage of my open door policy and would always drop in to say hello when he came to the district office. Greg would look you straight in the eye, give a firm handshake, and tell you exactly what he thought. I always appreciated his honesty, dedication and the obvious pride he took in his work. His passing is a great loss to his State...

I was deeply saddened to hear of Greg's passing. I met Greg around 1999 at the Introduction to State Parks training in Asilomar. He was so proud to be working for State Parks, our group invited each other to our respective parks and when I took Greg up on his invitation, he and Sandra made me feel so welcome, showing me around Hendy Woods and Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve. I will never forget that trip and Greg's kind and wonderful spirit. That spirit that must have touched so many lives....

Dear Bartlett family,
Having lost my dad a year ago, my heart aches for you and I hold you in my prayers. I was blessed to have met Greg. Greg was one of my staff when I was the Maintenance Supervisor at Mendocino Sector. He was alway a pleasant and helpful person. At times we talked of faith and the more important questions of life. I was always impressed by his character, productivity, positive outlook and friendliness.
Again, Rita and I hold you in our prayers and grieve with you in...
