Not sure what to say?

I still feel intense sadness when I think about Greg's far too early departure. What an amazing man he was, and his children should feel tremendous price in his accomplishments. He was a wonderful neighbor and friend and he won't be forgotten!

How grateful I am that this obituary was printed again. A year ago, I went looking for Greg online. He had been an admired and beloved neighbor and friend in our Lake Grove neighborhood for many years before we moved elsewhere and lost touch. I've thought about Greg's kindness and helpfulness many times and was deeply saddened to hear of his death. We need many, many men of his caliber in this city today and for that matter, throughout the country. Deepest condolences (albeit terribly late)...

I will miss you my friend. Your laugh and smile will always remain with me. Blessings, peace and healing for your family.

I was fortunate to take a couple of Greg's PSU classes 25 years ago, including Community Policing. His passions were infectious and shaped my career and philosophical choices over the years. He is an amazing, funny, brilliant man and I mourn is passing.

Greg was a wonderful colleague, good friend and a willing mentor. I loved connecting with him whenever I returned to Portland. My heart goes out to his family during this time.

The Moorad Family fondly remembers Greg and the happy times our two young families shared over the years.
We are sad at Jenny and Matt's loss.

The Oregon Humane Society is grateful for Gregory's compassion for animals and support.

Vaya Con Dios Amigo! You have been a Blessing to many. You will not be forgotten. It was an honor to be your friend.

Commander Greg Clark was an inspiration to me. He encouraged and believed in me. I appreciated him and enjoyed working for him back in the day. To his family I pray that God will keep His arms around you and when you trust Him, He will help you to get through even the hardest trials. Be Blessed.
