Not sure what to say?

To the Greco Family,

I knew Greg only recently through the Worthington Lake Homeowners Association (and seeing him one time while passing through the Baton Rouge airport). Still it only takes a minute for anyone to clearly see Greg was a good man.

He would always wave when I passed him in his front yard working on his immaculate landscape. I am sure everyone who knew him at Worthington Lake will miss him dearly.

To the Greco Family,

My heartfelt prayers go out to you and all of those that love Greg. I was "shocked" as I read my FL newspaper and found Greg's obituary.

I knew and worked with Greg at the State Attorney Office in Gainesville, FL, during the 1980's. He was one of the first people I met and will certainly be one that I will never forget.

He was always going "wide-open", 100 miles per hour. He was always whistling and smiling. He loved it when he...

To Gregs family, friends, Patty and Helene.

Today Gregs death became a reality to me. He was so blessed to have shared his life with such great and wonderful people. He could walk into a room and you definetly knew he had arrived. He filled a room like no one else could.

Helene, he was so blessed to have shared yours and Annies life during the time you had together. I know you loved him and gave him so very much in many ways.

I want to thank all of...

God bless Helene and the Greco family. Greg had alot of faith in God. Ill share a funny story with you: I met Greg in Albertsons on Perkins. It was a horrible day and as I stood in the check out line I was in tears. It was clear the tears streaming down my face were noticed by Greg . I was newly Divorced ,my son just left for England and I was a basket case. Greg said to me "nothing can be that bad". Funny how God sometimes puts a stranger in our path to show us Lifes not all Bad .After that...

To all who knew and loved this gentle giant of a man.

He was larger than life and he expressed himself best in these words, "you don't know nobody like me!" You are right sweetest man, we didn't.

More than anything Greg wanted to prove himself worthy - worthy of love and friendship. And he was greatly loved by all of us. I am not sure if anyone else noticed yesterday, but just as the bagpipes were fading a stronger than normal wind came through and lingered until...

To Greg's family, police and firefighters and dear friends in Thibodaux,
Today we said goodbye to a man we all dearly loved. I cannot express to you how grateful I am to have been allowed to share such a beautiful service and gathering as what I witnessed today. Your love for him, for me and true kindness to Pam was an absolute testimonial to what being together in Christ really means. We know more today than before, and I'm sure more yet to come, but I just wanted you all to know the...

Dear Greco family and Helene-

Our deepest sympathies are with you. Greg was such a wonderful guy-so full of energy and life. It is still a shock that he is gone so suddenly. The past weekend it was just so strange to not see him out working in his beautiful yard - or out in one of his many vehicles!

He was just such a nice neighbor- often helping us without us even asking. We will miss our motorcycle rides and his friendship. We feel blessed to have known him....

Greco Family

The Officers, Board of Directors and membership of the St. Amant Volunteer Fire department extend our heartfelt condolences to your family during this very difficult time.

Greg was a friend of the fire service in Ascension Parish & across the State of Louisiana. Greg investigated several large fires in Ascension Parish while working for the State Fire Marshal's Office. May God place his hands on the Greco Family during this difficult time. Greg will...

Wow! I was shocked to learn of Greg's passing this Sunday morning. He was good friends with my older sister Debbie and someone I looked up to when I was growing up and in my adult life. We will certainly miss him and that "guess what I'm thinking smile?".. He was the model good man..

He will always be in our thoughts and prayers.

God bless him and his family and friends.
