Gregory "Bubba" Higgins, Jr., 28, of 215 Herbert Court (Rain Tree Subdivision), departed this life on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Newberry Hospital. Born in Greenwood, he was the son of Gregory Higgins, Sr. and Rev. Deirdra Higgins. He was a member of Flint Hill Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sammie and Maglean Raiford. He survived by his parents of the home; one brother, Justin Allen of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Tora (Christopher) Coleman of Atlanta, GA, and Tiara Higgins of the home; paternal grandparents, Heyward (Margie) Higgins of Greenwood; nieces, Just'us Allen, Aaliyah Allen and Jaliyah Allen; three aunts, three uncles and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral services are 1 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2015 at Flint Hill Missionary Baptist Church, conducted by Pastor John R. Brightharp. The body will be placed in the church at 12 Noon. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family is at the home. Online condolences may be sent to [email protected]. Arrangements are being handled by Robinson & Son Mortuary, Inc.

I just hope the family knows what a tragic ending tonsuch a young person can have on someone , there are many ppl out here who will be praying for the family. God bless allnof u and remember it is the good memories that help u keep him alive and remember who was .

Greg, Deidra, Tori and Tiara and the entire family. It sadden our hearts to hear of the passing of "Bubba". Bubba was so vibrate, full of love and laughter that touched the lives of so many.
