I met Greg through Joe Hines in 1980. I never really knew anyone that was larger than life. But Greg was very close. Some of the best stories I have from those years, in some way, shape, or form involve Greg. I saw Greg for the first time in years last Feb. We talked about getting together to catch up. Always thought we had time.

Uncle Greg you left us way too early. I am really going to miss you picking on me and giving me your famous lectures to help me figure life out. You have always been such a great mentor and I really did listen to what you told me whether you realized it or not. I promise to help out the cousins with whatever I can do. They will have lots of love and support from the whole family. Rest easy and watch out for us all up there.
