In reminiscing about my year in commercial real estate in the early 90s I thought of Greg and I looked him up I am sad to see this. He was always a help and a coach - rest in peace.

I am soo shocked to see Greg's passing. Greg and I were good friends at UW, even though I was a Sigma Chi next door. In numerous classes together and met up through the years. I was going to invite Greg to my 60th bash next month. . will raise a toast to him. . . thx, GeneO Owen

Laycock Family -
I am so sorry to hear of Greg's passing. Greg hired me on to work with him at Cushman & Wakefield and taught me a lot about selling real estate. He was such a devoted Dad and was always so proud of his kids. You and your family are in my heart and mind. My condolences on the passing of your father.

Greg was a force with which to be reckoned. His energy, dry wit and intelligence will be missed. Was nice to have been able to work with him if even for a brief while. Rest in peace, Greg.

Greg was 58 years of age at his passing. He graduated from Cascade High in 1977 and University of Washington in 1982. He was a proud member of the Sigma Apha Epsilon fraternity at UW and continued to be proactively in the fraternity well after graduation.
