Not sure what to say?

Greg did so much for amateur boxing in New England. To lose him in such a manner is heartbreaking. He will truly be missed by so many people! RIP Greg

Greg was happy to train my late husband Richard, despite his being an older boxer. They became great friends and so Greg was my friend too. He wrote beautifully about my beloved husband when he died. I was shocked to learn of his accident. I loved to see his selfies of his walks and Greg truly enjoyed the outdoors. He had so much more to give. Greg, may you rest in peace and rise in glory.

Greg was great man and will be missed in the boxing community. May you rest in peace John Morrell.

I'm just one of many boxers that started or came through Coach G's boxing gym in Watertown. Coach G wasn't only my boxing coach, he was also my friend. Remembering those days working out with him will continue to bring a smile to my heart. He was always someone I could talk to when things weighed on me. He helped me mentally, physically spiritually and emotionally. And for that I will be eternally grateful. Coach your spirit will walk with me for the rest of my days. Rest in Power Coach

Mr. Greg taught my children (Comfort and John) at the Hanscom Youth Center. They both have very fond memories of Mr. Greg. He also met my niece and nephew (Ahri and Logan) and introduced us to White Water Rafting for the first time. Mr. Greg had an amazing heart and mind! Please rest in peace!

I'm beyond shattered with Greg's passing! He was a bright light in a dark world! I met him in college, he loved everyone! Heaven gained a true angel! RIP dear friend!

I'm deeply saddened to hear of Greg's passing. He was a great person and friend. I enjoyed our conversations over the years and the way he lit up the room. You will be missed. Thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

I remember Greg from his boxing club in Arlington. Good memories of late night workouts. Sorry to hear of his passing. We shared commonalities, became friends. He was a nice man.
