Gregory H. "Head""The Professional Boxer" Linver, 57, of Bloomfield, formerly of East Liberty, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, July 19, 2011. He was the beloved father of Anthony, Derek, Gregory D., Dane, Nicole and Taylor; grandfather of Sabreena and Anthony; brother of the late Arnie Linver and Sheila Shidner; uncle of Richard, Michael and Jennifer; and great-uncle of two nieces and six nephews. Greg was the owner of Head Roofing and General Contracting. He was a Golden Glove Boxing Champion in three different weight divisions. Family and friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the WALTER J. ZALEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 216 44th St., Lawrenceville. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
