Single Memorial Tree

We had a patient -doctor relationship for twenty years. He encouraged me and gave me advice that I knew was in my best interest. We spoke of our dogs and horses as well as my pain! Most important of all, he was a true gentleman who always had a positive attitude. My sincere condolences to his family.

I'm 75 years old. I spend 2 hours in the gym every day! I thank you every day! It's been 15 years plus! Rest in peace. I so wanted to see you again for another session.

He will always be my hero! I'm still active today because of his PRP shots 15 years ago! rest in piece my hero!

OMG! He totally changed my life! I wanted to ask him if I could get another PRP shot. He totally kept me active for a minimum of 15 years. I'm so sorry for this loss. He will always be my hero. I want his family and friends to know he was the best!

I was a patient of Greg´s from 2011-2016. I just heard this tragic news and our hearts go out to your entire family. He was a kind and gentle soul and was at the top of his field. We will miss him . With sympathy, Curt Gowdy Jr.

So sad to hear about Dr. Lutz passing. A real shock. He was such great doctor and very compassionate. A gentleman. After seeing him, I was able to walk again without pain. A miracle. My heart felt condolences to his family.

This message is for Paula. Randy and I happened onto this sad news about Greg. We are shocked and so sorry for you and your family. You have our condolences and will be in our thoughts. We have brief but good memories of you and Greg for the year we were all at Mayo. God bless you.
