Not sure what to say?

What sad news. It is some time since I have heard from Greg, but when I think of him I am taken back to a great time in my life, and Greg played a pivotal role in all of that. He demonstrated great courage in his daily life despite the personal challenges we all knew he faced. He was a great example of "Life is what it is, so let's get on and make it better". To his family and friends, thank you for making him who he was? Remember him at his best.

Very sorry to hear about Greg's passing, we always had such a laugh working together at Microsoft, i enjoyed his company and connections so much. Thoughts are with the family

I am so very sad to hear this news. I met Greg in 2006 at Microsoft. I remember most his gregariousness :-), empathy and intellect. He was always such a joy to be around.

Mickelson family so sorry to hear about Greg's passing. I have many fond memories playing hockey with Greg. He was a great teammate. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Words cant describe the sadness we feel at this time, and I send my prayers during this time of loss. I still have vivid memories of my big brother Greg on the Columbia Heights soccer field. Greg would regularly pull me aside and give me a lesson or two. "Be ready for it," he would say with joy and laughter--something I took with me beyond the soccer field and I remember to this day. Thats how Greg touch me, and so many others. I send utmost condolences and prayers to the Mickelson family.

I have many fond memories of Gregorio, especially in our HS Spanish class with Mr Donahue. I am blessed to have called Greg a friend, and to be friends with the Mick clan! Much love and prayers from the Shrewsburys!

David Gorney, Greg, and myself circa 2008.

Greg and I joined Microsoft at about the same time and we made an immediate and everlasting connection. I always admired his calm, fair, methodical approach to work and life. Spending time with Greg was always a meaningful experience; he truly cared about you. Let us all remember Greg in the way we live our lives going forward showing kindness and respect for others as he did.

We know the feeling of losing a son at such an early age .our thoughts are with you and prayers

Greg was such a wonder individual with a unique friendliness that organically created a positive and cheerful environment. I had the privilege working with Greg at Microsoft. One of the best business partners I've worked with hands down! I really admired his business approach, how he presented himself, but even more so his sincerity with people. Thanks for showing me what to strive for, Greg. You are greatly missed!
