To Susie and family, I was shocked and devastated when I heard the news Saturday afternoon.
Paul said "For to be absent from this life is to be present with the Lord"..
and even though Greg now lives beyond our touch we as Christians know that from the moment he left us he was placed in the Lords embrace and because Greg accepted him as his Savior his reward for this...is Grace

We are saddened at the loss of one of our most courageous heroes, Lt. Pickard. He will be remembered in this community and around the state for his service and bravery. May God grant you comfort and strength as you face the days ahead, knowing he is in the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Wes & Nelda Thompson
