Dearest Powe Family, it is over a year later that I learned of the home going of Pastor Greg. Thank God for each of you who carries on his legacy of faith and a faithful anointed wife who stood with him. I too, over 16 years ago experienced the departure of my husband/Pastor, and carrying on in ministry. God's best and grace as you continue with the vision.

Pastor Greg was always full of life and energy. He was great to talk to and always inspiring. He will be missed.

So sadden to hear the news..I went online to hear his las test sermon and saw it posted..my blessings goes out to Pastor Deborah and her family..

My Condolences

I'm still at a loss for words. Under his leadership I developed into the man & Pastor that I am today. What an awesome Man of God. The last conversation we had right before he passed he told me how much he loved me. As we were hanging up Pastor told me how proud he was of me. Pastor, oh how I miss you! Love you much!

Any time I've ever had trouble in my life, I've always know that if I could get pastor Powe to pray with me, all would be good. Pastor baptized my daughter and I together on Ben T Davis Beach years ago. That is the first thing she remembered when I told her pastor was gone. There are no words to explain the value and worth that pastor brought to the Bay area. May God bless and keep his family during this difficult time.
