Not sure what to say?

I still remember Greg (and how passionate he was for Cranford) everytime I go for a walk on Riverside Drive and I see the pump house that was named after him. It makes me smile.

Sorry to read about your passing, Mr. Gregory Sgroi. You are a very intelligent person like Grandpa Captain
George Rosendale & me. You also cared about our town, Cranford, like we did. I miss my old neighborhood, since I moved to Leisure Village in 2014. I'm a member of Mensa & a NJ Schnauzer Rescue volunteer. Am still seeking paid employment. I'd like 2 achieve a financial position 2 enable me 2 move back 2 my old neighborhood. Am glad you & my Grandpa Georgie were good friends. ...

Dear Sgroi Cousins,
I'm sorry I will not be able to express my sympathy in person.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Grace Colella

Sorry to hear of your passing Greg. You will be missed. My condolences to your family.

I shared the same property line with Greg since 2001. He is a great guy. He really enjoyed talking about his passions and I really enjoyed listening to what he had to say. I would tell him that when I got to be his age, I wanted to be just as active as he is. He would always smile and get a kick out of that.

My deepest sympathies, my Mother worked for him for many years and had very nice things to say about him RIP. Virginia Carney

Dear Cousins,
I am sad about the loss of your dad, but so grateful for the wonderful life that he lived. We will all cherish our memories of him. Christine Cali Young

greg was an honorable, intelligent, hard driving man who fought for what he believed in and in doing so made cranford a better place to live. he will be missed but his place in cranford's history is secure.
