Not sure what to say?

Dear Sian,
While we have never met, I was a friend of Greg's at Wesleyan. We both lived at Eclectic. Greg was always funny and kind and we loved him and his faithful dog, Willie. I saw Greg at our 25th reunion and he told me all about you, Alex and William. He was very proud of all three of you. You and your boys are in my thoughts and prayers. Hope you will take some comfort in knowing how happy you must have made him and that you are such a beacon of loving support. If there's anything I can do, please don't hesitate to ask.

Sian,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. You are in my thoughts.

Sian:

Although we haven't had a chance to speak since CSW, I was really saddened when I heard about your loss. Please know that my thoughts are with you and your family at this time.

Dear Sian,
My deepest sympathy to you and the boys. No words can be said to erase any of the pain or to lift your spirits. As the days and weeks pass, as all of you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of your family and friends.
