I had the pleasure of meeting Gretchen through my work, and assisted her with some technology woes. She was such a delightful woman, and the world is surely dimmer for her passing.

So sorry to hear this. My wife, Marilyn McClory, worked with "Gretch" on several HCSC Marketing Conferences. They had a great time and became friends. Marilyn passed away last year, but I'm sure that they have gotten together to plan the biggest conference of all. Gretchen was a wonderful person and will be missed. Condolences to her entire family.
