Gretchen was a blessing from God in life. I know she is with him and at peace now. I last saw Gretchen at my daughters baby shower. She made a most gorgeous, adorable cake for the shower. Gretchens talent as a pastry chef will be missed and never duplicated. Her heart was in every sugar crystal on her cakes. Its no wonder she became a pastry chef because she was as sweet and warm as the cakes she prepared. Ill miss her kind, giving demeanor. ill just miss her! RIP sweet angel.

Pastry Live 2015
I saw Chef George at Pastry Live this year. It was so good to see her and she was just as I remembered her in school. We spoke briefly and she graciously allowed me to take a picture of her. That was the last time we spoke and I am very grateful to have known her. She was such a kind person who would help you in anyway. She will be missed.
