Not sure what to say?

My sincerest condolences to the Gray family. I was one of Gretchen's Sharpstown students two decades ago. She was such a strong force and I recall her fondly. I wish you much peace and comfort in the days ahead.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Mrs. Gray taught me English for 2 consecutive years at Sharpstown HS. My grammar was much improved after being in her classes, and I still remember to dot all of my i's. I did great in all my writing requirements in college thanks to her. Best wishes to her family.

I was sorry to hear about Mrs.Gray's(as I knew her as a jr high student at Johnston)passing. She was stern but an excellent teacher. I still remember having to list all the prepositions the minute we stepped into the classroom. Tough, but I know my grammar. And I remember her charm bracelet that she would show us--always very proud of a new charm from Megan and Daniel.
She will be missed.
Prayers,

David, Gretchen left us with many happy memories of high school and college days. She will be missed as a participant of the "all night gab sessions" at the beach. My condolences to you and the family.

Megan and Daniel you have my sympathy on the loss of your mother. Just happened to see the obit in the paper this morning.

Mrs. Grey was one of only a few tezchers I had who really made a positive difference. I think that many of my classmates would say the same. If only more teachers were like her.

Goodby dear classmate. You will be missed by many and loved by all who knew you. Your understanding and kindness meant so much to many. Thanks, Bobby Kite - BHS Class of 1957.
